1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the CareFree Strategy application and services ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by and abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on CareFree Strategy's Services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modifying or copying the materials
  • Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Services
  • Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

3. Disclaimer

The materials on CareFree Strategy's Services are provided on an 'as is' basis. CareFree LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

CareFree LLC offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • You must provide valid proof that the CareFree Strategy did not save you 50-70% on your bills
  • Proof must include documented evidence such as:
    • Original billing statements showing current bill amounts
    • Billing statements after implementing CareFree Strategy recommendations
    • Calculations demonstrating the percentage savings achieved
    • Screenshots of the CareFree app showing the strategy recommendations you followed
  • We reserve the right to verify all documentation submitted
  • If you fail to provide valid, verifiable proof as described above, no refund will be issued

CareFree LLC will review all refund requests and supporting documentation within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall CareFree LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the CareFree Strategy Services.

6. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on CareFree Strategy's Services could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. CareFree LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on the Services are accurate, complete, or current. CareFree LLC may make changes to the materials contained on the Services at any time without notice.

7. Materials on Services

CareFree LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Services and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by CareFree LLC of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

8. Modifications

CareFree LLC may revise these Terms of Service for its Services at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements we provide while using the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
